Eligibility for Return and Credit

  • Please note that this return policy does not apply to our apps and subscriptions. See our Terms and Conditions.
  • The return and credit policy is applicable only to purchases made directly from Abvio.
  • To be eligible for a return and credit, the device must be in its original condition, including all accessories.

Initiation of Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service within 30 days from the date of purchase at support@abvio.com.
  • Provide your order details, including the purchase date and order number, to help us assist you quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Pack the device securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  • Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return.

Inspection and Verification

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  • If the product is in acceptable condition, we will proceed with the credit process.

Credit Process

  • Once the product's condition is verified, a credit will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The credit will cover the cost of the device. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or intentional damage are not eligible for return and credit.
